New City Directory Update
The New City online attendee directory has recently enhanced its security measures by requiring a verification code either to your email or your cell phone (easiest).
Some users of the Adjace app for phones and tablets have reported not being able to log in. If this is the case for you, the recommended fix is to delete the app and redownload/install it from your App Store.
If you are using the directory app on phone/tablet or if you are on a private computer (not public), you can can ask the directory to remember you, which normally allows coming back to the directory without having to log in again for a good length of time. The Remember Me button can be easily missed. Here's a screenshot that shows what it looks like when it is checked. Switch it on before requesting the code and completing login.
